Staying Healthy

During lockdown, many of us have been unable to stay as fit and healthy as normal. We all know the importance of daily exercise, regular sleep, healthy eating and drinking and we are encouraging the children and wider school community to adopt healthy attitudes and stay as fit as possible. 

The PTA are purchasing additional play equipment so the children can stay active at playtime.

Healthy snacks such as fruit, vegetables and nuts are great for curbing hunger and providing much needed energy.
